Practice Policy
Competition is the obvious test of a swimmer's ability, but swim practice is the most important facet of the program. Practice is where the potential and foundations for achievement are established. MOW does not have an attendance policy in regard to the number of required practices a swimmer attends weekly. The parents and the swimmer need to determine the swimmer's weekly schedule. As a general rule, the least possible interruption in the training schedule will produce the greatest amount of success. Swimmers need to prepare themselves for a 100% effort each time they come to practice.
